Tea Tree Essential Oil - The Magic Elixir For All Your Skin Problems

Everybody wants flawless, spot free skin that glows from within. Unsurprisingly,
skin that perfect is quite rare: according to our research 70% of our clients deal with breakouts and acne, which makes it quite a common skin condition.

So, the question is, how does one get rid of Acne?

Bad skin is by no means something to resign yourself to. Dermatologists report that acne is on the rise in teenagers and adults and with it, topical skincare and oral antibiotics. These medicinal remedies are meant to prevent clogged pores, bacteria and oil production and are used quite commonly.
However, Skin Specialists also suggest that organic skincare solutions can be just as bit as powerful as conventional ones.
After extensive research and cosmetic testing, we have found what we call the Tea Tree Essential Oil; our new Holy Grail for Acne Treatment!

Here are some clean, non-toxic, and seriously effective DIY’s using our Tea Tree Essential Oil that you can do at home to treat acne:

1. What you need:
• Tea Tree Essential Oil
• Cotton Swab

Add 1-2 drops of the Tea Tree Essential Oil on a cotton swab (you can even dip the swab in water before adding tea tree oil)
Directly dab it on the acne (don’t rub it) and leave it overnight. Wash your face normally the next day.

2.What you need:

• 2-3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
• 2-3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil
• 1 tablespoon of Jojoba Oil
• 1 Q-tip.

Mix all ingredients in a small bottle (preferably dark glass bottle). Dip the Q-tip in the bottle and dab the area with acne. Leave it on overnight then wash your face with a mild cleanser the next morning. Repeat once every alternate night.

3. What you need:

• 1 teaspoon Almond oil
• 2-3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil
• 1 Q-tip

Combine the almond and tea tree oil . Dip the Q-tip in the mixture and apply it to the acne. Leave it on overnight or wash it off after a few hours. Use this remedy once every alternate day

4. What you need:

• 1 ½ teaspoon of fresh Aloe Vera gel
• 2-3 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
• A cotton swab.

Mix the tea tree oil and the Organic Aloe Vera gel. Use the cotton swab to apply the mixture on the affected area. Let it dry. Wash it off with cold water. Repeat this once every alternate day.

If your acne is hormonal then it is essential for you to follow a proper skincare routine according to your skin type, which will help make your skin healthier and more radiant. But a good skincare routine is not enough to get great skin; a healthy diet is just as important. Researchers have proven that acne can be reduced with an organic and clean diet plan, full of leafy greens and packed with protein.

Imbalanced Estrogen levels can cause acne problems as well, which is why it is equally important to maintain your hormone levels by exercising regularly.
The easiest hack to gorgeous skin is, ofcourse, increased water intake (approximately 2 liters per day)! Water can do wonders for our skin and health, and should be our number one priority if we want to get rid of acne and damaged skin.

Lastly, there are certain foods which you should avoid when you’re trying to control acne. Foods with a High Glycemic Index increase the level of blood sugar in your body. This spike in blood sugar levels triggers a cascade in your body, which causes the skin to produce more oil and clog pores, creating the ideal setting for acne to thrive. People dealing with acne should avoid the intake of the following food items:

1) Fatty Foods

2) Chocolates

3) Milk and other Dairy products (except yogurt).
