Wash your face normally the next day. 2.What you need: • 2-3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil • 2-3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil • 1 tablespoon of Jojoba Oil • 1 Q-tip. Mix all ingredients in a small bottle (preferably dark glass bottle). Dip the Q-tip in the bottle and dab the area with acne. Leave it on overnight then wash your face with a mild cleanser the next morning. Repeat once every alternate night.3. What you need:• 1 teaspoon Almond oil• 2-3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil• 1 Q-tipCombine the almond and tea tree oil . Dip the Q-tip in the mixture and apply it to the acne. Leave it on overnight or wash it off after a few hours. Use this remedy once every alternate day4. What you need: • 1 ½ teaspoon of fresh Aloe Vera gel• 2-3 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil • A cotton swab. Mix the tea tree oil and the Aloe Vera gel. Use the cotton swab to apply the mixture on the affected area. Let it dry. Wash it off with cold water. Repeat this once every alternate day. If your acne is hormonal then it is essential for you to follow a proper skincare routine according to your skin type, which will help make your skin healthier and more radiant. But a good skincare routine is not enough to get great skin; a healthy diet is just as important. Researchers have proven that acne can be reduced with an organic and clean diet plan, full of leafy greens and packed with protein.
Imbalanced Estrogen levels can cause acne problems as well, which is why it is equally important to maintain your hormone levels by exercising regularly. The easiest hack to gorgeous skin is, ofcourse, increased water intake (approximately 2 liters per day)!
