What can this product do for you:

• Conatural’s Organic Sweet Apricot Kernel Oil is rich in gamma-linolenic acid, or GLA, which comes from essential fatty acid omega-6. The GLA content in apricot kernel oil helps skin in maintaining moisture balance.

Usage:

• Carrier Oil: Use it as a carrier oil for any of Conatural’s essential oils. Organic Sweet Apricot Kernel oil is one of the best carrier oils for body massage. It is soothing, light and quickly makes the skin soft and smooth. The oil percolates deep into the skin and is easy to apply as it quickly spreads on the skin.
• Hair: Use as hair oil for de-tangling hair. Organic Sweet Apricot Oil softens the hair so that they are more manageable and easily combed. Apply Organic Sweet Apricot Kernel oil in hair, gently comb out hair and leave it in for 30 minutes to 4 hours. Then wash with shampoo. Hair will be shinier and easy to de-tangle.
• As an Under Eye Cream: Sweet Apricot Kernel oil can be applied just like almond oil for healing under eye skin. It aids in reducing dark circles, puffiness and helps to strengthen the skin around this region. With regular application of Sweet Apricot Kernel oil, one can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.
• Face Oil: Sweet Apricot kernel oil is a beautiful face oil, especially when compared to other heavier oils. It helps to improve skin tone, nourish the skin and lower the appearance of aging signs, like wrinkles, lines and blemishes. However, this oil should be avoided by people who are suffering from acne or are prone to acne because this oil is slightly comedogenic, and may clog skin pores. This may result in acne breakouts and blackheads.

Not suitable for those with nut allergies. Certain products can be allergic to some people. Test patch on inner elbow and leave for thirty minutes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid getting product directly in eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with clean water. Keep out of reach of children. Store under 30°C and in a cool and dry environment and out of direct sunlight.
