Blue Shampoo

No Pre-wash Needed: Our Blue Shampoo is a sulfate-free shampoo that gently cleanses and tones at the same time. However, if your hair has heavy oils or styling products (like gel or hairspray), wash with a regular shampoo first then apply the Blue Shampoo.

• Wet your hair thoroughly
• Apply the shampoo evenly from roots to ends, especially on areas with visible orange or red tones.
• Wait 5–10 minutes, depending on your hair type:
• – High porosity hair: 5 minutes is enough
• – Low porosity hair: Leave up to 10 minutes
• Rinse well with cool water to close the cuticle and reduce frizz.

Use up to 2 times a week. Alternate with your regular shampoo to maintain fresh, vibrant hair color.

• After shampooing, apply a small amount of Hair Repair Conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair.
• Massage for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
• For best results, use it after Conatural Blue Shampoo or Conatural Hair Repair Shampoo.

Avoid contact with the eyes. Rinse with water if it happens. Always do a patch test before use. Apply a small amount to your inner elbow and wait 30 minutes. Not suitable for those with nut allergies. Store below 30°C and away from sunlight. For external use only.

To revive the color without subjecting the hair to repeated chemical processes (usually a re-dye), we've introduced the Conatural "Hair Brilliance" range—a shampoo product that refreshes color using specific cosmetic pigments without employing chemical compounds such as Ammonia, Hydrogen peroxide, and Resorcinol, commonly found in traditional hair dyes.

Potential Health Risks of Traditional Hair Dye Ingredients:

Ammonia: This chemical is utilized in hair dyes to open the hair cuticle and facilitate color penetration. However, prolonged exposure to ammonia can lead to irritation of the eyes, skin, and respiratory system, causing dryness, itchiness, and discomfort.

Hydrogen Peroxide: Used to lighten hair and activate the color-forming process, hydrogen peroxide can damage the hair structure, resulting in dryness, breakage, and loss of elasticity. Additionally, the fumes from hydrogen peroxide may cause respiratory irritation and discomfort.

Resorcinol: Employed to help color bind to the hair shaft, resorcinol is known to be a skin irritant, causing allergic reactions such as redness, itching, or swelling. Prolonged exposure raises concerns about potential impacts on thyroid function.

PPD: Paraphenylenediamine, is a chemical commonly found in hair dyes, particularly in darker shades. Its use has been associated with skin sensitization, allergic reactions, and contact dermatitis, making it potentially harmful to individuals with sensitive skin.

These shampoos, like our regular formulas, are sulfate-free, salt-free, paraben and triclosan-free, cruelty-free, and Halal certified.
