Purple Shampoo

• You don’t need to wash your hair before using this shampoo. (However, if your hair has oils or styling products like gels or hairspray, it's advisable to use a regular shampoo beforehand.)
• Before applying Purple Shampoo, wet your hair thoroughly, just like you would with any shampoo.
• Apply Purple Shampoo generously to your hair, ensuring an even distribution from the ends to the roots. Focus on areas where brassiness or yellow tones are visible.
• Leave it on for 5–10 minutes, depending on your hair type:
• – High porosity hair (quick to absorb products): 5 minutes is enough.
• – Low porosity hair (slow to absorb): Leave it on for up to 10 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with cool water to remove all shampoo and lock in shine.

For best results, use up to 2 times a week to keep your hair tone fresh and vibrant.

• After shampooing, apply a small amount of conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair.
• Massage gently for about 2 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with water.

Note: Apply a small amount on your inner elbow and leave for 30 minutes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with the eyes. If it happens, rinse with clean water. Keep out of reach of children, store below 30°C and out of direct sunlight, for external use only.

Potential Health Risks of Traditional Hair Dye Ingredients:

Ammonia: This chemical is utilized in hair dyes to open the hair cuticle and facilitate color penetration. However, prolonged exposure to ammonia can lead to irritation of the eyes, skin, and respiratory system, causing dryness, itchiness, and discomfort.

Hydrogen Peroxide: Used to lighten hair and activate the color-forming process, hydrogen peroxide can damage the hair structure, resulting in dryness, breakage, and loss of elasticity. Additionally, the fumes from hydrogen peroxide may cause respiratory irritation and discomfort.

Resorcinol: Employed to help color bind to the hair shaft, resorcinol is known to be a skin irritant, causing allergic reactions such as redness, itching, or swelling. Prolonged exposure raises concerns about potential impacts on thyroid function.

PPD: Paraphenylenediamine, is a chemical commonly found in hair dyes, particularly in darker shades. Its use has been associated with skin sensitization, allergic reactions, and contact dermatitis, making it potentially harmful to individuals with sensitive skin.
